Do these products come with a warranty?
Yes. All electronics include the full Manufacturer’s Warranty (e.g., AppleCare for Apple products). Additionally, Cartlance provides a 1-year store warranty against any technical defects for your peace of mind.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Expedited 2-Day Shipping on all orders over $500. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a real-time tracking link via email.
Is my package insured during transit?
Yes. Because we ship high-value items like the AirPods Max 2, every package is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day “No-Hassle” Return Policy. If you change your mind, you can return your item in its original, unopened condition for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones like AirPods Pro 3 must be factory-sealed to be eligible for return.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
